Short biography of Khumo Nyembe
I am 53 years old, have been married for 23 years, and am the mother of three sons. I have worked in public service for 29 years. I have served as a veterinarian in public health, as head of the environmental office, as acting director of community facilities, and for the last five years as director of community services.
For the needy in my church community I lead the outreach program and I am involved in ministry in two villages. I am also active with Reach4Life, a program that teaches biblically based life skills in schools, churches, and youth groups. Together with my husband, I work with prisoners and formerly incarcerated individuals.
