Tshepanang (Trust each other) is a youth driven Action Group. Its project is to teach AIDS prevention strategies in primary and middle schools. Every year in October young people who have finished school and sit at home are trained to become peer educators. Those who commit themselves to the code of conduct and were found competent are sent to teach the Tshepanang curriculum in schools. It is a value based interactive curriculum that encourages young people to build strong and lasting relationships and contains comprehensive information on HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases.
